Plans sized to your portfolio and team

We do not publish a single flat rate because scope changes with the portfolio, team and territories. After a demo, you receive an itemised, comparable proposal.

How we calculate the proposal

The proposal separates the factors that change scope. Before contracting, you will know what is included, which limits apply and what an expansion would cost.

01

Portfolio and coverage

Case-file and trademark volume, rights, offices and territories that need watching.

02

Team and permissions

Number of users, responsibilities and access needs across the firm or department.

03

Modules and setup

Case files, portfolio, deadlines, watching, AI and the complexity of the initial migration.

What we clarify in writing

  • Included modules, users, portfolio and territories
  • Usage limits and the cost of any expansion
  • Migration and onboarding scope
  • Support, term, renewal and exit conditions
  • Applicable security and data-processing documentation

Pricing questions

Is there a trial before contracting?

Evaluation starts with a practical demo. A trial, where appropriate, is defined in the proposal according to scope and required data.

Is migration included?

Import and onboarding scope is priced explicitly after reviewing the format, volume and quality of the data.

Can we start with fewer modules?

The proposal can cover only the modules confirmed for the team. Any later expansion should be priced in writing.

What happens when our portfolio changes?

The proposal identifies limits and expansion criteria so growth in portfolio or users does not create unexpected costs.
