Which offices does Piro connect to?
There is a direct connection to the OEPM, the EUIPO and WIPO: every case file updates daily. The radar watches the bulletins of the OEPM, the EUIPO and other national offices, and the catalogue lets you add case files from 78 offices, managed manually.
How does Piro calculate registration risk?
With a 0–100 score that weighs word, phonetic and semantic similarity, the goods and services, the Nice class and the legal status of each mark.
Is migrating my current portfolio complicated?
No. You add each case file by its number and Piro fetches the record from the OEPM or the EUIPO. If your portfolio lives in Excel, the assistant reads it and creates the marks with you, confirming each one.
Are the reports suitable to share with clients?
Yes. Piro generates a PDF status report for each mark or case file and a Word viability report with the conflicts and the score, ready to review and send.
What happens when a deadline approaches?
Piro calculates the deadline and places it in your Agenda by urgency: overdue, next 15 days and up to 60 days. When a week is left, it notifies you in the app.
